Impossible sound installation? DIY project needs expert assistance

Hi everyone,

I'm trying to create the following installation, but I'm stuck.

I have the speakers and some small amps, but no idea how to connect everything to achieve the desired requirements.

I think the easiest path would be an electronic x-over. You will control all the frequencies from one unit, making for a cleaner and simpler install. It will be Radio-Controller(EQ)- Active X-over- Amps- Speakers. In that order.
