Amp problem

Why does my amp play randomly and when i tap on it or when i hit a bump my amp makes my sub thump what can it be?

Sign that it may need to be replaced. Did you check you power and ground connections at the amp?

yea but later on im going to disconnect every wire, and try it on my friends wires if it does the same i think i might open it up and check or just buy a new one.
